About your job

With us you will...

  • plan, develop, and improve customised software solutions together with your team.
  • take full ownership of entire projects - from concept to release, always aligned with the product and customer vision.
  • define requirements in collaboration with product owners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • play an active role in technology decisions and architectural questions.
  • communicate clearly and reliably at all times.
  • understand our clients, respond to their needs, and adapt not only the software but also the business processes behind it.
  • continuously improve the organisation and our ways of working through regular syncs and retrospectives, sharing your knowledge along the way.
  • actively shape our culture by contributing to internal initiatives (e.g. Spacetime or organisational development).

Your profile

About you

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • at least 5 years of professional experience in developing complex software systems (ideally full-stack).
  • a proven track record across multiple software projects, ideally as part of larger initiatives.
  • the ability to quickly grasp complex system landscapes and develop appropriate solutions.
  • deep expertise with a results-driven mindset.
  • a degree in computer science, software engineering or a similar field with excellent results.
  • strong communication skills in both german (C1 level) and english.
  • an existing, valid EU work permit.

  • are motivated to deliver projects as a collaborative team.
  • you have experience with agile methods and fast-paced change.
  • proactively contribute to shaping processes and team culture.
  • enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting your team.
  • feel comfortable working remotely but also look forward to our monthly on-site gatherings in Hamburg.
